Corporate partnership with Agora Labs

In September 2023, MYO Health entered into an agreement with Agora Labs to become the exclusive representative of its real-time, secure health data sharing technology for Real-World Evidence (RWE)-generation in Greece.

Leveraging locally deployed AI technology, Agora Labs’ groundbreaking, privacy-preserving platform allows Real-World Data (RWD) from multiple clinical and research sources to be rapidly structured, standardized, linked and made available for analysis in hours, under formal and mathematical guarantees of anonymity.

The platform goes beyond the requirements of the GDPR and HIPAA, eliminating compliance risks and limitations associated with the secondary use of data in healthcare. It enables a new level of streamlined access to key distributed information for analysis and reporting to payers and regional authorities.

Through this partnership, for the first time, MYO Health and Agora Labs have activated pharmacoeconomic, clinical and epidemiological data in Greece for use in research, based on >4 million fully anonymized, GDPR compliant data records.

Davide Zaccagnini, co-founder and CEO of Agora Labs, holds a degree in Data Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).  He also advised the World Wide Web Consortium on standards for encoding medical data for the internet.
